What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is open from 2 PM until 6 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
If you’d like to check in late, please note it when making your reservation.
Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability, we will do our best to meet your needs, but cannot guarantee your request. You can make a special request for early check-in or late check-out when making your reservation.
Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may include an extra cost.

Can you store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We provide luggage storage. For additional information, please reach out to us using the contact details provided in your reservation confirmation.

Is there parking at the property and how can I reserve it?

Private parking is possible and costs 10€ per day for cars and 5€ per day for motorcycles.
Please note that the parking gate is closed between 11 PM and 6 AM. The parking spaces are limited and require a prior reservation.

Can I cancel my reservation and is there a fee?

Yes, you can always cancel your reservation, if needed.
If you have a free cancellation reservation, you won't pay a cancellation fee. If your reservation is no longer free to cancel or is non-refundable, you may incur a cancellation fee.

Can I make changes to my reservation?

Yes! For any changes, please contact us providing your name and reservation details and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Do you serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

We do not have breakfast, lunch, or dinner options available in our hostel. Feel free to ask for close-by food recommendations from our staff or prepare your own meal in our fully-equipped kitchen!

Can I get an invoice for a company?

We can provide you with an invoice for your stay. If you wish to issue the invoice for your company, please provide us with the company details.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

What’s the difference between a Double and a Twin Room?

A Double Room has one double bed and a Twin Room has two single beds.

Can I request an extra bed in my room, and will it cost more?

Extra beds are subject to availability and dependent on the room option you choose. Prices for extra beds are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
When making a reservation, you can request an extra bed in the “Special requests” box.
If you’ve already made a reservation, you can make your request by using the contact details provided.
